Still not sure where. Sounded like Yadra said "we're at Pine and.." in his third message, but was interrupted.
Kurt is arrested again, car being towed and Yadra is being badgered for ID "because he was in a vehicle in which a crime was committed".

Is anyone buying this story about they were pulled over because of the dog in Kurt's lap? Is that even a crime? I heard Kurt say something about being pulled over for filming. That seems more likely to me. Also not a crime, but what difference does that make anymore? They pulled them over because they wanted to.

I'm pretty sure the cop said "the dog was driving". This is clearly illegal, but it also clears Kurt of any crimes...

It's likely Kurt's last pullover was already in the system. Now they'll really go after him hard for breaking their rules after Burke told him not to.

I just sent the Nashua PD an email inquiring about Kurt's condition. I asked if they were taking care of any injuries he may have received due to the violence which was perpetrated against him by the Nashua PD officers. Also asked if they could guarantee his safety while he was in custody in one of their cages. I informed them that I am a Reverend. Waiting to see if I receive a response.

OK i guess there was a bit of a mis-communication when I spoke with Yadra. He got a ride from a Nashua area activist but may need transportation from Nashua to Keene.

I'm afraid Kurt is going to get himself locked up for a long time. He won't be released on PR this time; that's almost certain.

No. But there’s a generic “reckless driving” statute they could always use. They actually did try to outlaw having pets in a driver’s lap just this year with this bill, but the bill was amended removing that section. Now all it does is ban texting while driving.

The cop, “Officer J. [Jay?] Stone, serving since 2004, Nashua Police Patrolman, number 128,” said, “The dog driving on/in your lap,” as the excuse for pulling them over. That doesn’t even make any sense. (Little advice, cops: If you’re going to make up a post facto excuse after you’ve already pulled someone over, at least get the words in the right order.)
