(Note, in order for him to be put in population, he'll need to be "classified". In order to have that happen, he'll need to be somewhat cooperative. Otherwise, he'll stay where he is or go into solitary, and I doubt there is a window there, but Russell, Kat, or Lauren might know for sure. I think one of them has been in there.)
If he stays in one of the bubble cells, it is possible for him to see people visiting. I once saw Lauren by chance. If he makes it to east block, the cells are about 8 feet away from the windows facing north and south and they can't walk around to see out. After a while he will be able to have visitors, I would guess.

Hi, If anyone has information on when Sam will be released please let me know. I am considering organizing some sort of welcome home party. Right now I am taking care of Sam's cat and the house until he returns. I was wondering about the status of his car as well. I believe he drove it downtown to attend the arraignment because it is not in the driveway. Please just let me know if you hear anything.
Thanks, Aida

Ian took care of his car. Do you know if the Keene police executed a search warrant at his house today?

Tomorrow night at "Hideout Sparrow" (or is it "Sparrow Hideout"?) we will talk of what to do next for Sam and for the Not so Disorderly 7.
Any and all are more than welcome; not just the Not so Disorderly 7.
Posted a few minutes ago on FK and the PM's and calls have started.
This may get busy, but we've got the room.
PM me for directions, etc.
Coffee and Tea will be on.

So, maybe 2:45p on Sunday would be a good time? What do you think?
I like it.

We can meet at the jail too considering they haven't yet come to their senses but for tonight's gathering we're just discussing the best direction for us and that surely includes Sam and the thugs locking him in a cage.

I just wrote Sam a letter, but I am going to hold off on sending it until I know exactly where he will be. I don't want to send it and find out that he's been released before it can get to him.
I think it's pretty clear where he's at. I don't see any particular reason they'd move him. It's a possibility but probably not likely in the immediate future.

Are they holding him indefinitely until cooperation?
Now you know the government only does that in Guantanamo Bay (Gitmo) on combative detainees. Surely not here in Keene, NH, United States of America. Sadly, I think that was just a warm-up.

Do you know if the Keene police executed a search warrant at his house today?
Based on prior experience with the local police and arrests, I don't expect that for a charge like this.

Ivy went down to the jail today as a "legal assistant" and they claim he refused to come down.
I have left a message for the superintendent asking about Sam's status, because it sounds like he's upstairs now. I'd rather not bug him over a question like that, but the bureaucrat on the phone earlier was not answering questions and said I'd need to talk to the super.
