I'd caution using the term retaliation.  Not sure if that is the most positive mindset.  Brings to mind a violent contest of trading blows.

How about "strategizing"?

We are simply bringing about a voluntary society.  It is they who are retaliating against us out of fear.

I'm with you.  I'll see if I can edit that.  Thanks...  it was late and my brain was failing...  more often than it usually does.

Modified:  Good thinking.  The thugs see the world as THEY ARE therefore if THEY said the word "retaliation" it would most certainly mean some kind of secretive violence that get their adrenalin pumping.  Certainly we all want to avoid that.  I suppose, as sickening as it is, we have to slip into their minds eye for  while...  I find that disgusting but necessary.

Only problem for me would be if they decide June 19th is a good trial day. I can't go if it's that day and will have to skip if they won't change the date
